Before you arrive for your first visit, though, we want to make sure that you’re fully prepared for what you can expect to happen during your next visit. Your First Dental Visit
You’ll be given a warm greeting upon your arrival, and once we’ve collected your new patient documentation, it won’t be long until your appointment begins. After taking X-rays as needed and thoroughly examining your teeth, we’ll discuss the current state of your mouth with you and discuss treatments you might need in the future; this is also a good time for you to let us know about any particular goals you have regarding your oral health.
New Patient Forms
If you’re visiting our dental office for the first time, we recommend downloading and completing our new patient forms right now. That way, all of your paperwork will be ready to be handed in as soon as you get to our dental office. One of our team members will be happy to help you if you’re having trouble completing these forms.
Dental Insurance Welcome
While we are not in-network with any insurance company, we are happy to work with every PPO. Just call with your insurance information, and we can discuss the coverage you can expect to receive for a given service. Once your treatment or appointment is complete, we will handle the required paperwork and file it with your insurance company; you’ll get all the benefits you’re entitled to with little to no stress on your side of things.
Third-Party Financing Available
Our dental office is happy to accept CareCredit and Sunbit financing from patients who cannot pay the full cost of their care upfront. These options let you pay for treatment in monthly installments rather than all at once. There are many plans to choose from based on your financial situation; some have very little interest while others have no interest at all. In-House VIP Membership Plan
Insurance significantly reduces the amount you have to pay for dental care out of your own pocket, but what if you don’t have insurance? In that case, you can apply for our in-house VIP membership plan. For just $200 a year, you’ll get a 20% to 25% discount off of all of our services with no limit; this includes cosmetic treatments, which usually are not covered by dental insurance since they are elective procedures.
